Benim sorunumu DirectX tanı aracı ile çözdüm, belki yardımcı olabilir.
Başlata Dxdiag yazarak tanı aracını çalıştır.
Whql digital ,imzaları denetle tikli olsun.64bit işletim sitemi ise 64-bit DxDiag'çalıştır.
sorun varsa tanı aracı sorunları çözecek veya ekran sekmesinde listeleyecektir.
bende Whql imzaları sorunu vardı..

1. Run a Scan and Repair on the game.

2. Connected directly to your modem (or router/modem if you have a 2 in 1 unit) with a cable. Power cycle your network and restart your computer.

3. Disable or uninstall any security software you have. I recommend uninstalling it just to be safe but be sure, once you are done troubleshooting to reinstall it as soon as possible.

4. Check proxy and firewall settings.

5. Delete the Battle.net Desktop App’s cache and tools folders.

Note that when you start back up the Battle.net Desktop Client you will see “Install” instead of “Play”. Not to worry your games should still be there. If you didn’t select a custom install location, you can just click “Install” and it will find your game files and scan them to make sure they are all there, this could take a few minutes to complete. If you picked a custom install location then you can click “Locate the game.” Link to the right of the “Install” button and navigate to the game files.
6. Create a new administrator account and test it out.
